What this membership means

Conefy offers Club membership packages for users. Within the membership period our users will get complete access to our entire product catalog for the platform they are subscribed to. This includes templates and other resources we have created over the years, in addition to any we create during subscription period.

I’ve completed the payment procedure but I have not received any mail with login details or download?

Please make sure to check your Spam folder in email inbox. If you not got it then please contact with us with the proof of payment. Normally our system creates the account after successful payment. There are some cases that your payment is not successful done and then we have to review and process download information manually.

Will my membership extend automatically

No, your membership will not be extended automatically. You will be notified by email prior to your memberships expiration. That way you are able to purchase a renewal if you'd like to.

How can I renew and reactivate my account

If you want to renew login to our site and just pick a membership, so the new membership gets added to your existing account.

Can I upgrade my membership

It is possible to upgrade your subscription if you need to change the length or level of the subscription. Please contact us via the contact form for information on how to go about upgrading your subscription.

Is it allowed to use templates on clients' site

Yes, after buying our membership you are free to use our any products in any site no matter it's your personal site or clients' site. Also we don't have any type of domain restriction, you can use our products as many sites as you want. Only these membership packages works with certain period of time. Within membership period we are committed to provide you full access to our products and services.

Can reselling Conefy product?

No, It is strictly prohibited to resell all or part of our templates and other resources. Please take a look at our Terms of Use.

When membership ends can I use your products

After your membership period you'll not be able to download any of your premium product. But you can use your previous downloaded product as many days as you want, there is no restriction at all. Though you'll be unable to download any template update from our site as you'll not get access to our download section whenever your membership expired.

Do you give refunds?

Due to our business dealing entirely in electronic goods it is not possible for us to issue a refund once you have logged in. If you purchase a membership and our records show that you have not logged in after doing so then we will be happy to provide you with a refund.

Can I pay in a method other than PayPal?

Yes other than Paypal payment method we accept 2Checkout payment also for subscribe with any one of our membership plans.

Can I remove the Conefy branding on the template and themes?

Yes, you can remove the footer copyrights link from our templates and other resources. This is applicable for all our membership subscription plans. But you are not allowed to remove copyright links from our free templates or themes.

What license are the designs released under?

These designs are released as a commercial product unless otherwise stated.

Do you offer support via the contact form?

For any kind of technical support please post a thread on our support forum. Please note that we will not answer any technical question via email or contact form. If you need to supply confidential information, pre-sale and general questions then use the our contact form(via email).

How long do I have support access on your site?

Template and other resources support is provided for whole period from the purchase date of a membership.

How to install quickstart pack on my server?

The installation process of quickstart pack are describe at our tutorial section. But do not worry it’s very similar to standard Joomla installation process – just select to install demo data.

Total number of Websites can I use templates or themes and all other stuffs?

Our membership plans allows to use templates or themes for unlimited domains but we put supports restriction like ESSENTIAL plan - 1 website license supports(12 months), ADVANCED plan - 3 website license supports(12 months), EXPERT plan - 10 website license supports(12 months), AGENCY plan - unlimited website license supports(12 months).

Do your templates work with mobile devices?

All of new our templates display beautifully on mobile devices. We also have a growing number of templates that are specifically designed to be “mobile responsive”, allowing your theme to automatically adapt to any mobile device on the market.
